Rosemary Oil Information

An aromatic herb also known as Sea Dew, Our Ladies Rose and Compass Weed. It is native to the Mediterranean region, but cultivated worldwide. Rosemary is a circulatory stimulant, and its ability to increase circulation in the brain is though to increase alertness and improve memory and concentration. In fact, Ancient Greek scholars used to wear Rosemary around their heads to help them during examinations. The action of Rosemary on the brain makes it useful for psychological tension, anxiety and mild depression. Rosemary is also thought to stimulate the adrenal glands and so may be useful for stress and stress related headaches.

Ingredients
Sunflower Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Essential Oil of Rosemary.

Nutritional
Each capsule provides on average 50mg of Essential Oil of Rosemary. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose. No added salt or sugar

Directions
Take one - two capsules a day before any meal as a food supplement.
