Horny Goat Weed Information

The history and naming of this herb stems from a goat herder hundreds of years ago who noticed relentless sexual behavior in his goats. He watched the goats closely and noticed whenever they ate a certain weed, the goats promiscuous behavior became apparent - hence the name, Horny Goat Weed.

Horny Goat Weed is a small, pungent herb native to the Mediterranean and Asia. In China (where it is known as Yin Yang Huo), it has been used for over 2,000 years as a traditional remedy, although it is most commonly used as an aphrodisiac and vitalising tonic for men and women.

The exact way it works is still unclear but as a sexual performance enhancer it is believed to increase testosterone and levels of the brain chemicals required for sexual arousal, and it also contains a flavonoid called 'icarrin' which is thought to help with erectile function. In most cases, the men reported improvement in sexual dysfunction and increase in sexual desire.

Each capsule provides
On average 500mg of Horny Goat's Weed . Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten starch & lactose . No added salt or sugar

Directions
Take 2 to 3 capsules a day with a meal . Up to 5 capsules may be taken at one time. Allow 90 minutes for maximum benefit. Store in a cool dry place out of sight and reach of children.
