Chromium Picolinate Information

This product can be taken as a food supplement by those on a calorie controlled diet and others whose diet is not well balanced. Chromium is an essential trace mineral best known to help reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Additional benefits of chromium include its involvement in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Chromium stimulates the activity of enzymes involved in the metabolism of glucose for energy and the synthesis of healthy fatty acids and cholesterol.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Chromium Picolinate. ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Each tablet provides on average
200µg of Chromium Picolinate. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten and lactose. No added salt or sugar.

Directions:
Take one or two tablets a day as a food supplement. People engaged in strenuous work or exercise may take up to three tablets daily.
