Black Cohosh Information

Cimicifuga racemosa capsules with Standardised Extract containing 2.5% Triterpene Glycosides. Also known as Squaw root and is native to Canada and East parts of the USA. Black Cohosh, popular name 'Black Snakeroot', is a shrub like plant native to the eastern deciduous forests of North America. Also known as American Bugbane (C. americana) or Bugbane. Black Cohosh was originally used by the Native American Indians.

Each capsule provides on average 250mg of Black Cohosh Root Powder and 100mg of Black Cohosh Root Powder Extract standardised to contain 2.5% Triterpene Glycosides. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose. No added salt or sugar.

Directions:
Take one or two capsules a day as a food supplement
